Imam Ahmed Abouzid

Ahmed Abouzid of an Egyptian descent is Masjid Al-Noor Islamic Center Imam. Where he leads daily prayers, give Khutbah for Juma’ah, lead Eid prayers, offers Islamic counseling and guidance for individuals and families and advice and teach in the Sunday School.Imam Abouzid has a Bachelor Degree in Islamic Studies, Faculty of Languages & Translation, from AL-Azhar University, Cairo, Egypt in May 2007. In Dec 2019, he had his MBA Degree from Clarkson University, Potsdam, NY, USA.Imam Abouzid is an Islamic Studies Teacher at Darul Uloom New York Islamic Institute (DUNY), Jamaica, New York City, USA. Where he teaches Prophetic Traditions “HADITH”, Islamic History “Seerah”, Arabic Language “writing – speaking – reading”, Rhetoric, and Islamic Legislation “Fiqh”.

Imam Abouzid speaks four languages; Arabic, English, Dutches and Chinese. He has leadership and problem solving skills, has the ability to set plans and achieve organizational goals and he is a team player. Imam Abouzid has awarded as “Interfaith Leader” in 2017 in Global Dawah Project by ITVUSA.
