Itikaf
Itikaf is when Muslims, especially men, spend all their time at the Masjid praying and reading The Holly Qura’an during the last ten days of the month of Ramadan. During these ten days (May 13th to May 22nd, 2020) men are welcomed and encouraged to stay in the Masjid and do as much good deeds as possible. Insha’a Allah the Masjid will be open all night during this period.
Iftar
Iftar is the evening meal when Muslims break their daily fast at sunset during the month of Ramadan. Muslims usually break their fast in a daily gathering. Prophet Mohammad (pease be upon him) used to break his fast with odd number of dates and some water or milk.
